Our clients purchased this resale home with hopes of creating a new floor plan consisting of an open concept main floor with a private home office, a larger kitchen and a more functional bedroom and bathroom. They wanted a modern yet warm aesthetic to reflect their lifestyle and personalities.   Using a modern mix of materials and finishes such as glass, metals, stones and rich wood tones, we opened up the main living areas on the main floor and created private home office tucked away at the front of the house.
