Our clients purchased this 20+ year, 3000sf executive townhome in a gated community that they wanted to customize and make their own. All new finishes for the entire main and second floors were selected, we also made some architectural enhancements to the floor plan and a complete basement redesign to include a dedicated audio room, basement bachelor suite and open-concept recreation area with a coffee lounge + open workspace for the couple’s 3 adult children.
