With one of the best city views of Toronto, this 1200sf condo only needed a makeover to become the modern city gem it is now. A clean, minimalist design included a new drop ceiling feature in the kitchen and a mixture of modern materials such as glass sheet backsplash, sintered supermatte stone countertops, porcelain slab feature wall with a linear electric fireplace, layered with warm wood wall cladding throughout.
