Design + Remodel

Our client who loves to cook and bake, waited 12 years to redesign and renovate the kitchen in her charming townhome. To maximize functionality and storage, we closed a pass-through located on a wall separating the kitchen to family room and extended the wall slightly more for additional cabinetry. A small but mighty island provides lots of storage for small appliances, baking equipment and even houses a compact wine fridge for up to 28 bottles. The original breakfast area sits in between the kitchen and walkway making it cramped to walk through with a table there. Instead, we created a counter height breakfast bar with a view.
